Kyunki hamare saare products digital downloadable files hain:

• ❌ Download hone ke baad refund nahi hoga
• ❌ "Mujhe pasand nahi aaya" — refund nahi milega
• ❌ "Galti se purchase kar liya" — refund nahi milega
• ❌ "Mujhe zaroorat nahi hai" — refund nahi milega

Agar aap refund ke eligible hain toh:

2: Subject: Refund Request – [Order ID]
3: Include karo:

• Aapka naam
• Order ID / Payment ID
• Problem ka description
• Screenshot (agar possible ho)

⏰ Refund Request: Purchase ke 24 GHANTE ke andar karna hoga

⏱️ Refund Process Time:

✅ Request review: 1-2 working days 

✅ Refund approved hone par: 5-7 working days 

   (Bank processing time)
